OUR PROTOCOL

 

ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION

- Thanks to the help of our staff, we have sanitized all areas of the facility with products certified by the ministry of health. The sanitizing treatment of the common areas and rooms will also continue throughout the opening period of the hotel, to ensure everyone can live in peace in a sanitized and safe environment.

 

SANITATION STATIONS

- Sanitation points have been set up throughout the structure with sanitizing gel available to all our guests. You will find the gel to effectively sanitize your hands near the bar, reception, restaurant but also on the floors near the lift.

 

STAFF TRAINING

- All our staff has been trained and sensitized in order to always ensure compliance with all provisions.

 

ON LINE CHECK-IN

- Check-in online to speed up your arrival at the hotel directly from the booking minisite.

 

ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL

- The sanitized key will be delivered and left in the guest's custody until his departure, where it will be sanitized again.

 

ROUTES

- To avoid involuntary gatherings and contacts, we have set up obligatory routes with entry and exit from the common areas of the hotel.

 

RESTAURANT SERVICE

- In compliance with the "Safe Welcome" Protocol we have provided for the spacing of the tables to ensure the minimum distance of at least one meter between the backs of the chairs of different tables.

 

Breakfast: For the breakfast service we will set up a rich screened buffet where you will be served directly by our waiters.
